Well, no one seems to care much about these anymore, so I guess I'll just post the final solution and declare Conzipe the winner:

Activate Forbidden Chalice and target Malefic Truth Dragon.
Flip Summon Mist Valley Thunder Lord.
Activate Mist Valley Thunder Lord and target Clear World.
Tribute Summon Windaar, Sage of Gusto by tributing Mist Valley Thunder Lord.
Flip Summon Plaguespreader Zombie.
Synchro Summon Daigusto Sphreez by tuning Plaguespreader Zombie and Windaar, Sage of Gusto. Then activate Daigusto Sphreez and target Windaar, Sage of Gusto.
Activate Imperial Iron Wall.
Activate Card of Safe Return.
Activate Tribute to the Doomed by discarding Clear World, and target Magician's Valkyria.

Do these two steps 5 times:
Activate Plaguespreader Zombie by returning Windaar, Sage of Gusto to the deck.
Synchro Summon Daigusto Sphreez by tuning Plaguespreader Zombie and Daigusto Sphreez. Then activate Daigusto Sphreez and target Daigusto Sphreez, and activate Card of Safe Return and draw 1 card.
